Application process
To apply to become a member of the Massachusetts Allergy and Asthma Society (MAAS), please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Fill Out the Application Form and Pay the Membership Fee
To start your application, fill out the membership form linked below and pay the membership fee ($100/year). Please note that MAAS only accepts board-certified allergists.
Step 2: Google Drive Access
Once you have submitted your form and paid the membership due, you will receive an email granting you access to our shared Drive. You will gain exclusive access to the following documents:
Insurer fee/reimbursement updates
Insurance network contacts
Useful letters/templates
